| Hi everyone, Since September i've put on about 20 pounds, from 156-176 now and I feel like I've hit a plateau. I'm wondering what are some of the things you guys have done to successfuly break plateaus. Any help would greatly be appreciated. |

| breaking a mass gain plateau is simple, more food, increase a bit all your portion of every meals. |

Yep, get food intake a bit higher.
Here's one way you could possibly do that.
5g Protein, 5 Carbs, 1g Fats per meal.
Roughly 50 calories per meal. Over 6 meals, around 300 more a day. Keeps it simple, and stops you cramming a load of cals in you don't need yet. If you're 176, why eat liek a 190 lb guy, when you're not, you'll convert some of the cals to Fat.
If you use moderate daily increases like that, you won't get as much excess, as the body will use most of the extra you're getting, thne you can increase a bit more in the future. |

| if i was you, i would lean down any fat gain i've put on in that period then bulk again...this will make it easier to get a quality look and also gived the body a rest from trying to increase it's wt all the time which it won't do hence the platuea now and will put you in a better position to bulk later |
