| Here are somethings I didn't mention to the last post I made. How do you increase an appetite for a man who doesnt have much of an appetite. I hear constantly to build mass one must eat more, but for someone who already has a slight appetite and this appetite fluctuates quite frequently. Which diet would be best for me ? I've also heard through my on/off times in the gym to achieve results with anything especially definition one must increase weight and lower reps or decrease weight and increase reps ? For which one does gaining definition work without sacrificing muscle mass ? I've thought about hiring myself a personal trainer but with being military and having an expecting wife I dont think I could afford on my military budget a personal trainer. I'd love to learn everything I could to sculpting the body I desire. I would hate to still have the fear of taking my shirt off anywhere outside my own home years down the road. If anyone could just provide me with anything and everything I need to start my own little workout I'd greatly appreciate it |
