| Im currently 5'8 and 158 pounds and im going to be 14........i've been lifting for about a year 1/2 now and i have seen improvement but i would like to know wat foods should i b eating to speedin up the process......im lookin for the slim waist muscular build........i dont want scrawny abs id actually like to have muscle.........and last with my abs i only see certain areas of them (the middle) the top and bottom dont appear...........and how do i get the muscles on my side by my ribs..............and wat are good wing exercises without doing pullups..........and last how would i get a big neck that would change how my face looks??????????[/img] |

Your 14 your going to grow. You can't change your neck. Eat a shit load and lift and DO PULLUPS they are one of the best exercises.
