Hi,
I've finished the 4 weeks of the "art of waterbury" program. I must say, I really loved the gains. I have gained quite a noticeable amt of muscle mass in those 4 weeks. However, since I'd not been eating very clean (last 2 weeks at home, so tons of "going away" treats and dinners), I've not lost quite a lot of fat in my midriff. I'd really appreciate some help with this. From tomo am going into the rigid regimen as prescribed by swanso in his thread in the diet section. Do I need to change my workout to maximize fat loss... and at the same time continue gaining muscle? Is it even possible to do both?
All advice appreciated. |
