| hi i have a some questions i'm a female and i do some free weigth and strength training....way my body stay sow warm wen i finish my workout and way i feel burning in some part like one arm and the other one not???? Shocked Sad |

Not the burning in one Arm and not the other though. Does'nt sound normal to me.
If you get Lactc Acid burn Mia, you'd expect to feel it in Both Arms, both Legs, both sides of the Back, etc etc.
If you get it in one Arm, it's might be the weak one, and therefore a weakness issue alone, in which case, it will probably go away in time, I would feel, when the Arm is more used to being trained.
If it isn't, you might be using a slightly improper range of motion in the "burning" Arm, causing the sensation, in which case you need to be careful to work your body properly, and don't use slighly improper Arm movements, or inproper hand positions on some exercises.
I'd say it's one or the other personally.. |
