hi there i have been sorting out my training with some help from the guys on this site so was wondering if anyone could help me with this.
which should i take? when taking weight gain i tend to 'gain weight'!!! and size but when i stopped that and took protien i lost the size and started toning more. obviously i want to gain both size and definition so what should i be using??? i find with the weight gain i am more able to reach my calorie intake as its around 650 a shake compared to my protien which was just over 100. any tips or rules! appriciated!!?? |

tone/definition is simply muscle miuns bodyfat, you don't "build it"
i don;t see your gosalsd anywhere there but wt gainers aren't that great i think, you're better eating calories then drinking them so get a basic protein and eat everything else (for musckle gain anyway) |

Shake doesn't make the "bulk" successful, FOOD does.
All you need PWO is some liquid fast absorb protein to start immediately recovery work. That's all. |
