I'm trying to start a workout plan and I really want to stick to it. I was 123 lbs about 2 1/2 yrs ago and now I weigh 155lbs. Im trying to get back in shape and see actual results. Can someone please help me out on this? Thank you.

Hi there!

First... Great job on getting movitated to change your diet and exercise routine! This is the first and sometimes the hardest step in adopting a more healthy lifestyle. :)

Second... what are your other stats?... height and age?

What are you currently doing as for as diet and exercise?
