I have been consuming Multivitamin tablets since 3-4 months. The one problem is that after I eat them I feel that they provide me sufficient nutrients and I dont pay much attention to the ingredients of my diet. I wonder these supplements really provide 100% nutrients all day.

My knee hurts when I do cardio can someone suggest wht can be the problem..

Thanks

You still need ot focus on diet. Some multi-vitamins may not digest optimally, though most are pretty good.

You should check out a site called consumerlab.com if you think your Multivit is a bit insubstantial, as they usually have consumer tested many supplements, to so if the claims match up to the actual end product, or which supplements of type are the best for your money.

I think they only test ones you can buy in America, as I think they're American, but at least reccomendations should mean you can marry up the stats, with a supplement from another country, if you're not American.

Knee problems.

You could have a slight problem with the Patellar Tendon, or some kind of joint Bursitis.

It could also be a Cruiciate ligment problem

The Anterior one govens forward and rotational movement.

THe Posterior one governs backward movement.

The Lateral Collegiate is on the outside

The Medial Collegiate on the inside. The Collegiates stabilise the knee, so you might have a slight problem with any of those four Ligaments.

You could try a RICE method

Rest

Ice (about 3 times a day for 15 minutes)

Compression

Elevation

This might help.

If not you may have to see a Doctor, even if he suggests Ibuprofen or Ketoprofen Rubs / Pills, at least he'll set you straight.

In the mean time if you're not feeling like completely resting it, then do Cardio, but work below your pain threshold, even if it's just 20 mintues Treadill at a 3mph pace.

Otherwise you've got the RICE method, or Doctors instructions.
