| im back to school in 3 weeks, i dont have a lunch period because i have to cover up some classes. some teachers let us have lunch in class, i was wondering if you could recommend some protein bars to replace a meal or sandwiches, something quick thats not messy. |

Tuna & eggs might cause a bit too much attention during class...nobody likes the smell.
I'm sure you can manage a salad, though. Or get some tortilla wraps (they come in low-carb variety, too) and make a quick meal that way. |

veggie stix, ie carrot, green peppers, cellery, cauliflower, brocoli, cucumber, raw turnip or rutibegga, mushrooms, etc.
ham and cheese with mustard on multi-grain bread.
fruit cups (not syrup ones)
cheese and crackers
