HOT-ROX Extreme
100% Whey Protein
Creatine Monohydrate
Fish Oil
ZMA
Ultimate Nutrition - Testosterone Grow HP.
I would only use ZMA, test grow, and hot rox, if you have money to spend while on a cut. |

I understand everything, but the Hot-Rox
do you feel that they work?
I tried them and didn't notice any results worthwhile besides me maintaining my weight |

Fish Oil could possibly do that though. Some unsaturates if not all can have effects on fat lowering, as can muscle growth, and metabolic improvement, for better calorie intake.
I think, (whilst I'm not ripping on you), other such factors may be blurring the lines, regarding what the Hot-rox is or isn't doing. |

| You could be right Bossman but I'm just convinced because under normal circumstances it would be difficult to lose 2% bodyfat in two weeks. |

I agree with that. 2% in 2 weeks would be very hard, except on Ketogenic diet, like the type Bodybuilders might use.
I guess neither of us will ever really know the absolute biological truth, as the human body is too complex in such situations ot guess. I'd think even a very good specialist would have a hard time saying a definite yes or no on this, but then you'd never really need to consult one on this basis anyway. |

1% a week is easily do able with the right food and training (notice i didn;t say supps)...i had a chick who lost 2% bodyfat in 1 week / 2.5kgs in total all water and fat no muscle
you're better off using 1 supp at a time really...what if only one supp is working for you? then you're wasteing cash on the other 5 but you'd never know
even better, eat better |

| I'm not going to continue using hot rox, or the testosterone stuff after my cut. I'm just going to keep creatine, fish oil, and protein powder. |

| What exactly does Fish Oil do for you? I see containers of "Fish Oil Pills" some places. That's what you're talking about right? |

Yes it's good for your joints and heart. It also can be attributed to some fat loss. |

How many fish oil pills should I take? What it suggests on the bottle? |

Go with the recommended on the bottle. Fish Oils also contain omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids which are healthy fats. They help with muscle repair and growth, metabolisation etc.
Cheers |
