| People might be more inclined to help you if you weren't such a smart ass. Your foul language and bad attitude make you seem ignorant and trashy. You may think you're THE SHIT now, but in reality, you're just a jerk. |

And in actuality, Swanso is a professional trainer and there are more on here not to metion Boss Man's and Katie's amazing knowledge or Christopheel's and Diana's experience. So please kindly respect these individuals by refraining from the trash talk.
Sincerely requested, (not sarcastically). Not to mention, don't pick on the P.B. because it is the Bomb!

So why do you bother coming back if you don't believe anyone here?
I have a 14 year old, and I know ya'll have skulls like bricks, but take a little advice kiddo: learn to listen up a bit. You might just learn something.
Any kid at 14 is sitting on the genetic cusp of becoming something great in regards to body composition, tone it down and start taking some of the advice you are being offered and maybe you'll be something one day. |

Well i am currently 159... i am only 5'5... I am 30 years old.
my goal i guess would be to fit in a size 8 pants comfortably... not fat hanging over the edge... right now i am stuck between a 10 and a 12...
i have dieted before and did the treadmill like crazy and lost about 20 pounds well i got kidney stones and kind of gave up on everything... i have not gained any of the weight back but cant seem to get back on track with the exercising thing and eating right...
right now my normal menu is breakfast (oatmeal bar) snack (banana) lunch (healthychoice soup) snack (banana) Dinner (chicken, small serving of pasta, and corn) Snack (banana)
I always feel like i am starving...
my exercise routine...
i get 2 15 min breaks here at work and i go down to the onsite gym and do the stationary bike for about 20 mins on the fatburner level 3. i have just started doing the treadmill at home and do it for about 20 mins... i elevate the speed up and down to keep my heart rate up and down..... was told that was a good thing...
I would love any sugestions on things that would work better for me.... I have problems with my diet because i dont eat any Veggies....as far as the equipment to use... i have a gym here at work and i have a home gym and treadmill at home.... |
