Question
Very strange really!! I counted my body fat % and i have 15.4% /which is less than normal for famale - about 16-17% is the down limits/ But i have fat and i touch it at my stomach, my "love handles" and also in other placeses Embarassed like breast! How is possible have so less fat?i couted 2 times or may be the machine was not right?! Pls explain me how to loose the last 5 kg and why my fat loose is soo difficult?May be about less fat in the body?who knows? Confused

All I know is my body is messed up to. I have a four pack right now and still have supposed "love handles" but that's my bones sticking out. When I touch it it doesn't budge.

Confused hmmmm not very happy knows that!May be if i try more cardio ... who knows! The most strange is with the fat%! Do you believe that machines are counting right?

Morning around 8.30 - 35 min jogging at empty stomach and 25 min exercises at home /from yoga, pilates, aerobic, tae bo/. I do this 3-4 times per week.

After my training /30-40 in after/ 1 fruit and oats with law fat milk.

around 13.00 - lunch: salad,chicken or other clean meat, little rice vegetables

16.00 coffee + 1 small spoon sugar, some fruit,or glass of milk or nuts

19.00 - eggs or cheese or some proteans, or brown spaghetti...sometimes yogurt...

I try my calorie be not more 1300-1400per day


Idea sometimes i don't do strict my diet but i use eat healthy and law calorie.

When i'm very motivated and also i have time i visit gym and i'm very hard worker Twisted Evil i do 45 min running 10 km per hour and 1.5 hours light weight lifting for different groups muscles at the end 15 min stepper + 10 min bicycle. But i haven't do it very long time that may be more than 1 year.


P/S - I had bulimia about 4 years Crying or Very sad not very strong but... many times and now i stopped /from 1 year/ and i read that the people had bulimia get weight about 5-8 kg like reaction and loose after some period!Coz their metabolism is low
