I have been using NitroTech, see here for company link http://www.muscletech.com/products/nitrotech_hardcore/
Been using for about 3 weeks now. Have put on say 3kg's of mass, definately not fat, have noticed and had comments on biceps looking more defined so defintely some good muscle building in there.
So far so good with it. I have a scoop before workout and a scoop after. Anyone here used it? Impressions? |

My impression is, it's Muscletech, it's expensive, and it's not that great.
You can get results, but frankly, it's a Protein Powder with a bit Creatine in I seem ot recall.
You ould probably buy a basic Concentrate Protein powder, with some Carbs in, and then stack a Creatine seperately with it post-workout, and possibly it might be cheaper, depending on the two tub sizes, compared ot Nitrotech.
Plus that way, if you want some of the Protein powder again in the same day, like before bed, or a bit with your Breakfast as examples, you don't end up dosing some more Creatine with it, like you would with Nitrotech. |

i bet if you insert any old protein powder in it's place and do the exact thing you just did training and eating wise, you'd have gotten the same results
no protein powder is muscle in a bottle |

| How about instead of saying that somebody is wrong or what their using is wrong, tell them how much to take, or whatever the case is. Dont just say that is wrong or why are they doing that, give some advice along with it. |

40g in one sitting is surely too much, you will piss and shit most of this. My little personal rule is not exceed 30g per sitting. |

CO, control the attitude please. You have recently been seen on here advocating things, with no or inadequate explanation for it before being, (or when), asked, so you can't say what you said, given some of your recent postings.
Other peoples opinions are valid here, regardless of what anyone else thinks. If you went on one of the huge boards full of meaty lifters, and about 2x the number of members a sizable site like this has, you would see a lot more people telling others how it is. That's not being a smartass, that's telling other people what is known to work, or what they believe in.
It doesn't mean what someone believes in is the only way, it's just what they choose to espouse.
The most protein someone could maybe get away with at one sitting, is around 35-40g in my opinion, but 30g can and should be an upper limit for most people. Realistically, unless you're a pretty big natural, 40g is not something the persons body would use.
After workouts, maybe as much as 50-60g, but again, that's for bigger guys. Most average, and small lifters, could aim for 30g a meal, and maybe upto 40 after workouts. |

little??? i'm huge have a look at me...
my horse is tied up in the background of my picture too if you look closely enough...
oh and you didn't answer the question either but from the looks of the other replies, it seems i may have a good point that i raised there
i give plenty of great answers to probelms here, maybe you should get off your ass, learn a little about fitness and not have to come back with 3 different posts in 3hrs about protein intake |
