|
|
| I have had some blood work done and my testerosterone levels are low for my age I am only 20 years old. The doctor doesn't want to give me anything for it yet, the medicine can cause infertility and gives a greater chance for prostate cancer. I was wondering if there is a good supplement that can help me raise it. I do not work out at a gym, I do workouts at my house 3 times a week for about 45 mins. My workout consists of pushups, squats with just my body weight, situps, stability ball workouts. I do not work out to build muscle mass so much as just to stay in the shape I am in now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! |
