hey
So I was just wondering if I could or should replace planks with another core exercise in my workout. I have been doing them for three minutes for three sets and I'm wondering If this is just a waste of time and I could do another exercise to target my core or make them harder. All suggestions are welcome thanks! Btw I'm still recovering from a lower back strain a little if that changes anything. (although I was just cleared for light squats ) |

plenty of variations:
lift 1 leg off
lift 1 arm off
lift 1 leg/arm off
reah arms out in front of you alternating
adduct legs out to side alternating
side holds
side hold with adduction lifting leg up in the air for reps or hold
side hip thrust on floor
side hip thrust off bench
millions of them really..... |
