Best things I have found are walking at an incline, sprinting, squats and lunges.

Ill give you some football drills u can use

-Frog Jumps
get in a squat position, get on the balls of your feet, use your arms and legs to explode yourself up into the air, knee's to your chest, then land on the balls of your feet again. Do this up and down the field... trust me ull feel the burn;)
-Foot Fire
Get into an athletic position, on the balls of you feet, pick your feet up off the ground, (left right left right left right left right etc.) Only bring your feet an inch off the ground when you do so, due this as fast as u can.
-40 yard dashes
self explanitory
-Uphill sprints

the first like.... 5 seconds of that clip, where they are all standing up, running on spot bringing their feet of the ground, that is foot fire.

this is the closest thing i could find to what i was talking about for Frog Jumps (aka squat jumps) i call them frog jumps because... squat jumps are just directly into the air... and they arent explosive at all. You dont bring your knees to your chest and most people dont land on the balls of their feet.

so take the half this motion, the squating part... now when you jump, use your arms to explode up into the air, bring your knees to your chest, and land on the balls of ur feet when you come down... Reload and repeat up and down the field.
