I am a 36 yr old mom of 3,youngest is 1,oldest is 10 one in the middle 8!!
I take pride in the fact that after these three kids i have been successful in losing all the weight each time, each time also reaching 215-220! THis last pregnancy was at age 35 and i went from 130 to 220!! I was able to lose this weight thru of course diet and weights!!! Cardio i guess was chasing taking care of the fam! I have been told i should get my personal trainers cert and am seriously thinking about pursuing this. I love helping other moms lose the baby or babies weight and it kills me to see other ladies killing themselves on cardio machines and getting no where. My question is where is a great, reputable site i can go to and what training program in you PROs opinion is the best one to go with!
All input will be apprecated!
I am gonna try and post a pic of me and my 3,when this was taken this summer my lil one was 6 months old! so here goes!

| where are you located? i'm in australia so it's all difeerent...depends how serious you are about it...the best cert's i could think of world wide would be either a charles poliquin or paul chek cert...they are both world class trainers who have there own institiutes basically but probably pretty costly and it also depends on your knowledge background...maybe contact them and see if they have some suggestions |

It really depends. Would you want to work in a gym or run your own business? If you want to work in a gym check out some local gyms and see which certifications they prefer. If you want your own business do a google search for personal training c ertifications and look over the different certifying organizations to determine which one would give you the information you feel you need.
Good luck!
