Hey guys, have any of you experienced or have used L Citrulline before?
I've heard it helps the following:

# Cardiovascular Health
# Pharmaceutical Grade (USP)
# Promotes Nitric Oxide Production
# Supports Vascular Blood Flow

Will this supplement be worth investing in to? I mean, will it give it a plus to your work out? Cause all the effects look like a plus, but I just want to have some personal feedbak on it before i purchase them. And, can someone explain how those benefits effect lifting. (#)

Thanks alot,

Greater blood flow will give you bigger Pumps in theory. The increased NO production, may cause that.

As I've been saying here recently, you have two options regards your research.

1. Surf the net for this stuff, and if you see any messageboards that discuss it, read what the people say. It's real feedback, from people who shouldn't be B.S. merchants.

2. Find a site if one exists, where what is written about the product, is stated as being from a bodybuilder, or independant scientist, or at least claims no vested interest in the product, or any company.

Such sites should have no offers, discounts, links to on-line stores etc etc, and you'll get honest feedback, from a knowledgeable person, you know you should be able to trust, as "horses mouth" style feedback, should be your aim.

Any sites promoting supplements, can't always be trusted to be 100% accurate with their descriptions, as they prohably won't tell you about little flaws in the product, just major side effects, to keep it saleable, but may hype up certain aspects of it, beyond the efficacy levels of said aspect.

You should be able to find honest objective feedback over the next, from knowledgeable people and / or people who've used it.

If you can't find many honest testimonies, then don't go with it. Don't be the guinea pig, for potentially expensive placebo products. There's plenty of others out there who'll do that, so you don't have to.
