I could see that working for sprints perhaps, but for Loosing Fat around the Midsection, wouldn't do much at all.
Spot reducing of Fat %, is very hard to do. |

| can alternate through both if you want...can also try burpees doing sets of 30secs with 30secs rest x 10 mins...no equipment, no real room required and very, very hard |
