My family is built big, I am the leanest of them all, I workout on a regular basis. My problem is running though. My family was built with big calfs, this sucks cause when I run they start aching. I know, stretching helps and I do plenty of that, as well as short sprints. I train in Muay Thai and my coach is always saying how fortunate I am to have such strong powerful legs but when it comes to runnin they just feel like dead weight. Got any suggestions?

it's not your calves i don't think it's probably more the way your feet hit the ground when you run or weak muscles above such as glutes and hams which aren't firing so your calves are doing the most work...hard to say though without seeing you
