| is there any way to get a rough estimate on body fat at home without all the calipers and machines and wht not? |

| if you can see abs your at 10 - 12% or lower...if not than you're higher, how much higher it doesn't matter, you need it lower anyway...there is a waist to weight type of calculation but i can't remember it at the moment...maybe a google search will yeild something...akso if you're happy with your mid section then you're probably where you want to be and if you aren't, improve it |

| Swanso is right. There are some online measurement formulas, but they tend to be really inaccurate. Don't worry too much about it. |

But is that entirely true, about 10-12%? Because I see my abs, their shape, and all, maybe not a 100%, or anything. But I see the U shape, 1st packs from far distance, and close, only slightly.
And my bodyfat is god knows what right now, but last i checked a month ago, it was 29.5%? I couldn't drop so much in one month..but it's still confusing! |
