hey i was just wondering whats the best way too lose body fat on the lower abs? should i do alot of cardio and lower abs work outs at the same time?
can anyone help me? |

| Cardio can help, but if diet is screwy, Abs Fat is hard to shift. |

I absolutely agree, Boss Man. If the diet isn't there, the abs won't be either!
You can do all of the crunches you can stand, but if your abs are covered in fat, you will never see them. |

One thing I would say is, don't put definition ahead of build. It's better to have stronger hidden Abs, than weak showy Abs.
If your diet ends up, being more for promotion of strength results, rather than visual results, then that's better.
You can eat in a way that helps build and show Abs, but for the showy aspect, you may possibly have to eat in a way, that compromises a little on strength, so don't get too hung up on the "look" yeah. |
