Hi all,
This is a small observation I made while doing deadlifts, as I was new so I was lifting not to heavy weights but I got a feeling that I was lifting from my back. Its only when I added another 20Kgs I got the proper form of the lift and I no longer feel pain in my lower back after coming up from deadlift
It sounds a bit wired but this worked for me..  |

| that can happen on numerous exercises because you have to move quickly with the heavier wt otherwise you'd get half way and struggle |
