Hello,
I am interrested in getting the bodybugg armband from Apex in order to lose weight and i was wondering if anyone already used it ? If so, can you please share your experience ?

| there's too many other factors that need to be taken into account to gadge the amount of cal's one burns...if costly i would give it a miss and just get calories and activity in order |

My wife actually bought this about 5-6 months ago and we absolutely love it. It does contain 5-6 sensors that do help determine what you are burning. It shows a graph where you can see what you burn during idol time, and what you burn for the day. It might not be 100% accurate but it really does help. The machines at the gym definitely are less accurate so people that say burn 600 calories on an eliptical machine for one hour is probably off somewhat.
It has helped my wife lose a lot of weight because of this guy. It just has helped us dial in better that's all. |
