Has anyone heard of or used the Met-Rx Big 100 Colossal Meal Replacement Bar? Currently, I use Met-Rx Big 100, but it is a smaller bar with less calories and protein.

I don't like the Fat content in those. I eat ones with about 27g Protein and same amount of Carbs, and the Fat content is just over 4g, of which about 3g is Saturates.

Also 25g of Sugar may not be a good thing unless they were Simple Sugars, and Simple are better for getting a Bloodsugar spike, so those Sugars should be checked.

If they'ee processed that's not good. Mine have about the same Sugar content as yours, but it's Maltitol, which is a pertty good form of Sugar, from memory not processed.
