| How many ab exercises should I do at the gym? I do various different ones everytime I do them. How many reps/sets should be done too? |

What exactly are your goals? There is really no need to do more than 2 exercises, 3 sets each. Even that much isn't really necessary.
My rule is that if you can do more than 15 reps try a new exercise or make the current exercise harder. For example, when crunches become easy they can be done on a decline bench.

| Thanks. Just trying to keep my belly as tight as possible. I got married last year and was working out like crazy before the wedding and stayed in good shape till about 2 months ago. I just haven't been as motivated at the gym and I've gained 5 lbs. I was doing up to 8 different ab excersises and I just can't do that anymore and wanted to know what is the minimum to keep in shape. |
