|
|
| I just bought a Keys Healthtrainer 640r and my wife, who is 5'2", can't reach the pedals without stuffing a thick couch pillow behind her back and this is not comfortable for her at all (or safe for that matter). Any suggestions for a recumbent bike that can accomodate her?? Thanks... |

Does it have an adjustable Seat? Most should do, which can be slid forwards.
Otherwise it might require platform boots .
Could be the problem tjhough, if your seat is fixed, and welded on to the frame, as opposed to being on some sort of runner, with an adjustable pin mechanism. |

| It is on a runner and we have it in the first slot. It is a rather large bike...I'm 5'10" and use the third (out of ten) seating positions. I'm a bit disappointed in the seat itself...it is rather firm (good for support) but the seat is so large that it interferes a bit with leg movement, banging the bottom of my thighs against it with each revolution... |

| the more upright and the more weight you have to support the better so i don't like them |

| I was able to return it and found a Lamar Fitness model that fits both of us, hope to pick it up today...has more resistance levels (16) and a better warranty. |
