i have Irretable bowel syndrome problem with me!
Can i use whey protien regularly & what should be the daily quantity of taking whey protien??

Whey Protein anywhere btween 20-30g a meal, but with I.B.S, you might be as well to consult a doctor, or take a product with something in it like Mobeverine, (I think it's called), as the active ingredient.
