i do skipping 5 times a week...20 minutes per day
it goes like..in 1 minute...for teh first 30 secs, i skip at low intensity then the next 15 secs..i skip at high intensity, then im left with 15 secs more ..i stand on the spot (rest)...for 15 secs..untill the 15 secs end and the next minute starts...i repeat again
i do this 5 times a day
isit too much? |

| If you're doing the equivalent of 5 minutes at once, 5 times a week, then no you're not doing too much. |

nah..its equivalent to about..15 mins per day
cuz..i skip for 45 seconds in every 60 secs.which means i only rest for 15 seconds in every 60 secs....i do em for 20 reps (20 minutes)
so its...60-45 = 15
15 x 20 = 300 seconds
300 seconds = 5 minutes
20 - 5 = 15...
so im doing it 15 miutes , 5 times a week
and i wake up at 5 every weekday...go to school and will only reach home at about..2.30.....very tiring..after having my lunch its about 3 pm already....then i sleep for 1 and a half hour till 4.30 then i start my workout at 4.30 till 6.00...and have dinner at 6.30
i actually skipped workout today cuz i couldnt get up when i was having my nap in the afternoon after school..very tired =(...and i do weights everyday too..4~5 times a week...ryte after i do my 20 mins of skipping i immediately go to weights..for about...40 minutes |

| oh..after weight..haih..i skipped cardio again today...couldnt get up from the bed...woke up quite late in teh afternoon...only did weights T.T |
