hello to all.
sir i have a serious problem of man boobs. could any one kindly suggest an exercise routine to eliminate it.
i have visited many sites which discuses it as gynecomastia, and prefers treatment of surgery.
my weight is approx. 90kgs.
i think i am suffering from psuedogynecomastia.
please i need an authentic routine that could specifically hit the chest fat. |
