| I've only done these a few times, but if they end up giving me the same or better results than what I got before, I can't believe that I didn't start doing them earlier. They make me enjoy lifting weights again. |

| I'm still working my upper/lower split, but I wouldn't mind doing a full body workout sometime. Maybe I'll take a day off and do a full body the following day. |

Overkill, as you'll end up at one point doing two of those sessions back to back.
You'd probably be fine adding solid exercises in like Deadlifts, Cleans, Press-up varioations, Chins, Squats, Bent Over BB Rows, stuff like that.
However you could also includ certain exercise that target things like Shoulders, Triceps Biceps, Abs etc etc, too boost up the direct work on the smaller muscles. |

that could work, but you're doing like 3 pulls 1 push and 1 leg workout kinda. here are some examples:
1 push / 1 pull / 2 legs:
pullups, dips, hack squat, calf raises
or 2 push / 1 pull / 1 leg or 1 push / 2 pulls / 1 leg.. there's a lot of combos you can do. it looks like you need more workout variation though. most of what you're doing is just squatting, benching, and pullups, and cleans |
