| I know that if i do HIIT (high intensity interval training) i can burn fat at an amazing rate, but how much weight should i be losing a week..? i do HIIT in the afternoon around 4 pm simply because the gym i go to does not open early enough, so is this fine? |

| The safest amount of weight to lose is 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more is probably muscle mass. |

| it doesn't really matter when you do exercise as basically it's cals in vs cals out though many do go for the fasted morn stuff which is good for losing muscle also |

I think it's fine to do HIIT in the afternoon. You can do HIIT 2-3 times a week, combined with some low intensity steady state cardio.
