Right now i want to get back into shape and start a Muscle Gaining program, but seems like it can get very expensive. I have a tight budget right now, and don't have the funds to go all out and purchase the equipment, supplement, hire a personal trainer or nutritionist,
so where should i invest my money to get the best results?
1. Nutrition
2. Supplements
3. Fitness Training
4. Others
Please anyone advise, Thank You! |

Some supplements are very cheap.
Examples include 500g Glutamine 6 weeks supply, and 500g Casein Protein 6 weeks supply.
Take the Glutamine 1 scoop after workouts, and also with a scoop of Casein at night.
Cheap ways to boost Protein synthesis, and protect muscle during sleep.
Then you can get some personal training sessions to help you as well with any luck. |

| Do you have access to exercise equipment? I'd say to start there.... |

You are right. It can be expensive. Not sure if you live in the US, but Sam's Club sells decent protein powder nice and cheap. If you know anyone with a membership maybe they can pick some up for you.
For personal training I would look online. It can be must more cost effective to have an online trainer.
Hope that helps.

| Getting in shape can be expensive if you make it that. All it takes is someone to get their lazy but off the couch, put some shoes on and take a run around the block, do some push ups, crunches, dips, handstands....all things that don't require money. (except for the shoes of course) |

my proirties for you would be:
1. Nutrition
2. Fitness Training
you can training w/ bodyweight for starters and probably should (search "your body is a barbell" by alwyn cosgrove
supp's are a waste of money except maybe a protein powder but they're all the sane so just get the cheapest on e you can get for the biggest amount
food - plenty of protein, veg, fruit, salad and water...we're on a drought over here in oz so all food has gone up making it expensive over here to eat properly so not sure about you... |

Yeah, go with 1 and 2. You can just research 3 on your own.
I got a 6lb bag of EAS whey protein from Sam's club.
Put your money on your foods and supplements. I don't think you need a personal trainer or a nutritionist. |
