Here are two great, hard bodyweight hamstring exercises. Watch carefully for there is a differnece between the two. The first pivots on one point while the second pivots on two points.

| hamstrings are very important for hip extension but also act on the knee joint so are best trained through both hip flexion and knee flexion such as deadlifts, and lunge variations making leg curls totally useless...glute ham raises are a great assistance exercise though |
