I have been using a protein shake from Holland and Barrett called body fortress. It seems to be working ok but I dont know how well, I have never used any other. I have been told this isn't a great protein to be taking. Any recomendations to which protein powder I can buy, cheap but good.

Well if you are British, seeing as how you use Holland and Barrett, have you tried somewhere like Myprotein.co.uk?
They do custom shakes, if you're interested. Might be a way to control your spend and get what you want.
I personally don't use them, but I like their mix and match ingredient system. |
