good job man! if you're travelling this good you don't need any advice from me. +1 on what swanso said, as you progress you need to train harder to keep seeing results...but as i said if you've made it this far I assume you've been doing just that. Also, I commend you for taking this process slowly and not rushing to lose weight.
perhaps if you posted your routine and eating habits we may be able to assist you further.
keep it up, and keeps us posted on your progress. |

Yeah, you lost some bad mass from round the front definitely. Gut for you .
No all joking aside, nice effort man. I hope you can keep it up. You look like you've got a hard task ahead, but if you keep believing in yourself, and don't lose heart, when occasionally you slip or stall, you'll be the man you want to be in good time.
I think you've got a right to be proud of yourself right now, so take any little positives you can, and make a big positive. It looks all good from here .
GOOD LUCK. |

those calculators are not accurate. they are only useful for comparing the results you get at different times (and someone could doubt that as well).
This is from my experience with BF calculators. |

This was 3% lower than the handheld measurement tool I used at the gym last week. I hear those aren't super accurate either though. |
