|
|
a few months ago i was searching the net and found an
exercise to make the biceps go the full length of your arm
i tried it out but i was a bit slack and now my right bicep is
a little bit longer then my left
normal dumbell curls only make the peak higher
does any know of an exercise a can use to make them more even |

| you're born with long or short biceps, you can't transform them...and what exactly do you mean a little longer? |

when i curl my arms my left bicep has a gap between the edge of the bicep and the upright part of my arm
but the right bicep has a shorter gap
i can also tell when i have my arms straight out the right bicep goes fully
to the inside of the elbow but the left doesnt |
