no others really...pull ups if you have a bar
probably your technique...decrease the wt and make sure your pulling with your back and not your bicep...it's very hard to explain though...
- keep shoulders square
- no twisting mid section
- keep back straight
- lift elbow back towards hip
- keep knuckles facing the floor
- keep elboe tucked into side
- squeeze shoulder blade in towards spine |

Lots of pull ups are the only thing that ever helped my lats.
I still do other exercise for lats, but the pull ups really got me
the strength and definition. |

Dumbbell pullovers actually work the lats more directly than rows. If you google "dumbbell pullovers" you will probably find some demostrations.
You can also do your rows in a variety of ways. You can do bent over dumbbell rows with both hands at once, palms down or palms up. |

I think one of the easiest ways to get a feel for using the lats during rows/pull-ups etc. is to get in position to do the exercise (without any resistance) and have someone apply manual resistance at the elbow while you go through the movement.
For instance, put your arms up like you're going to do a pull-up and have someone resist you at the elbow while you pull your arms down to the side. It completely takes the biceps/forearms out of the movement and allows you to feel the contraction of the lats.
I've used this method effectively with clients for years. |

I completely agree. Nothing compares to weighted Chin-ups or Pull-ups for Lat development. |

| if u have an incline bench set it at 30~degrees face down and pull the weights straight up toward your obliques. this i find to be the strictest row possible, go light for 3 sets 15 u should feel it. |
