yea one big thing i have always worried about is does working out make you shriek or stunt your growth cause all the people, family, and friends say put so much weight as to u can only do 10 a rep to get really big and all my freinds are getting bigger then me and i stopped growing as fast as them and it all started when i started to workout so can someone answer me with results saying it does not stop or stunt your growth?

that cood b 1 of the silliest things i've eva heard...if that was the case then there woodn't be an elite sportsman over 6 ft as they start wt training a pretty early ages...as for eurpean gymnasts (girls) they manipulate their hormones and menstual cycles to stay tiny

Depends on your age, if you work too hard before you stop growing you can screw up your growth plates. I waited till I was 17 to start working out, annoys me when little kids are in the gym because you know theyre screwing themselves up. But it wouldnt happen the second you go to the gym, your probably just different from your friends.
