| ladies, me and a few of my "Army buddies" were debating on what do girls look at and want the most on their significant other as far as physique. So here is the question. is it more atractive to be muscular/tight (big) or defined/ toned and limber/ flexible (athletic look i guess)?? |

| I prefer defined/toned with muscles... but not huge muscles. I think my preference is a bit skewed though as I've known several guys with big muscles who were cocky meatheads. Why is it that some guys gain a little muscle mass and automatically turn in to meatheads? Not saying all guys are like this... but I've definitely met a few. |

as long as you have the 6packs girls are happy ... with maybe a defined chest too
To impress other guys, you need huge chest and a nice pair of arms.
To impress me, you need Huge Shoulder/traps, arms, legs, back, lats, chest and calves and a 6 packs lol |

Chris you haven't lived long enough to accurately suss out females
Even 80 year old men don't know it all
What women want. Only they truly know, and they probably tell men, on a need to know drip feed basis .
Some of them probably get coaching from their Mothers, the moment they hit puberty. Interfering Mothers some would say.
However a lot of men are such idiots. They fail to understand anything about women. You know the kind who think women like it any ways, and the kind who think Breast size maketh a women, when it should be of little to no significance at all.
Whatever you think you now fella, forget it, you probably aren't even close, and you're certainly not alone. |

As long as your stronger than me, it's all good.
Also no chicken legs and huge pecs. I hate that.
A little belly is OK only if you are a powerlifter and can squat 600lbs. That is the only instance where it is acceptable. |

Yes it's true. You're girlfriend owns your ass. Until of course you get a really good job, and can afford a few nice things, then you might get a tradeoff. You occasionally buy her nice things, and you get temporary control of your ass back.
That's called give and take, and it's more dignified than being someones bitch . |

You know, I had to go check your numbers from your log. Your dead is about 245 for doubles, mine is 200. Your front squat is about 140, mine's 120. So close, for a girl, LOL, best to lay off the beer and KFC dude.
Although you kick my ass on chins and bench of course.
So yeah, your out. |

| I like muscular arms and legs on a guy. It grosses me out when I see a guy walking around in shorts and he has really weak, spindly legs and knobby knees. His legs need to be bigger than mine. Of course, I still love a strong back and a nice set of abs. |

Swanso feeling gutted. His lifts are barely good enough to beat a woman, 10 years his senior, and she's not been using any of his programmes, or any he regularly quotes on here.
I think Swanso needs to start getting his lifting advice off D
No in all seriousness, it's about the individuals needs, and what the individual feels is best for them. It's all good . |
