Hi, I'm kinda new to this forum. I have been practicing Nordic Walking all winter long (2 times a week with 2 HIIT running sessions and 3/week wts).
I was just wondering if Nordic Walking was a good form of cardio. Also, if it's better then walking or jogging(I sometimes find it hard on my joints).
Thanks for your time! |

- yeah i suppose it is but depends on how fit you are...for a marathon runner it probably wouldn't be but for somone on the biggest loser it probably would be
- the harder you can do something the better so jogging is better than walking, running better than jogging and sprinting better than jogging but you've got to work with what you can do and peridose properly so you can still do hard things but not all the time |

| If you enjoy it, it is absolutely a good form of cardio! 2x a week nordic walking with 2x a week of HIIT is a great plan. |
