How ya'll doing?
Well, Im 19 years old and been working out for about 4 months.
I work out 4 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
I focus on chest, arms, abs, back.
I need a workout rutine for triceps and biceps, how many different exercises per day , how many sets for each exercise and reps.
Could anybody help me out? |

Waterbury method.
if you follow that, you should be able to hit your biceps from pull ups or another compound. however, if you want more focus on it substitute JUST ONE compound of the 6 (mentioned in the waterbury method) for a single joint exercise like curls.
dont substitute more than 1, because compounds will give you a good amount of muscle to burn fat throughout |
