I found MY BEST WAY to do perfomant and heavy squat, back squat. Did'nt ever tough that would ever be usefull to me, I prefere it by much compare to front or back squat ... Much more legs emphize and wanted to share haha

Hum ? I think my sentense formula isn't right there lol
I found for me the best way to squat, more legs emphize I just loved it : the back squat. I am able to put more weights on it, and the weight progression is way superior compare to front and back squat (the one I,ve tried so far). I don't know if it's only in my head, but I feel way more leg works and a perfect control over the lift form ... That was my week discovery. |

| front squats should actually work the legs more, well you should feel it more as the low back usually gives beofre the legs do for back squats as well limited hip and ankle mobility in most being an issue for getting the correct depth....most strength coaches are moving away from back squats these days and favouring for front squats...that doesn;t mean you shouldn't though |

Even if they walk away from it I will do my back squat, since it's the squat that does the job for me ... |

Yeah, I was wondering what Perfomant Squats where. Thought it was some alternative name for a particular type of Squat  |
