| I bought some maltodextrine but there is no scoop in it. But, i have the scoop from my whey protein which equals 30g of whey. How much is this in malto ??? |

Did you properly check? Some supplement companies tape scoops to the inside of lids, others put it in a powder, but it's so deeply hidden, you practically need a fishing rod to retreive it |

it comes unlabelled, no serving size info.
the scoop was deep in it, i used a fork to discover, thanks Bossman.
one scoop of something is not necessarily the same weight with one scoop of something else although the scoop is the same |

Not necessarily, it depends on how much Maltodextrin is in the powder. I agree with what you're saying, but if you look at 1kg tub of pPotein powder, you usually get around 900-950g of actual Protein, and the rest is tiny Carb amounts, extras etc etc
However this doesn't mean if you compare something like two basic concentrates, on a kg to kg comparison, with no other ingredients like Creatine, HMB etc etc, you may well find there is not the exact same Protein level listed. one tub may have 912g for example, one may have 920g, I don't think every Tub of Protein at 1kg, would always have an exact Protein amount per kg.
Therefore if you follow that logic, Maltodextrin used with a Protein scoop, may not yield the exact same amount.
Not that it really matters, it should be about the same anyway. |
