| I looked at myself today and realized that I am not doing squats with perfect form. I am cheating myself by going half parallel and thinking it was parallel. I will now practice at doing perfect form in all of my exercises and not cheating because I hate it when I see people with bad form and that would make me a hypocrite. |

I wish I did so on bench now I must get from a 300-330+ bench 5cm apart from chest to 250+ pausing on chest ...

| decrease wt a lot at the start...try box squatting so you have to go down as low as you're supposed to...you'll probably find that you're not very strong in the bottom / ectra range of motion so defintely decrease the wt to get it right straigfht away |
