Hey people , was not sure where to start out here but here goes, I am new to the board and today is day 8 of my new lifestyle of eating right and exercise; I am an asthmatic so running is hard for me but I am trying to take short runs and walk about 2 miles a day. I am trying to keep my calories under 1,800 per day but ideal for me would be 1,400 - I will join a gym tomorrow and my goal is to get rid of my fat and get in toned shape ; any advice for this newbie would be so very helpful. I am a 33 male from Boston but now live in Latin America where it is not exactly the health capital of the world. So, I am just saying hello and glad to be here - I am 5'10 weigh 195 and have 36 inch waist ; my goal is to be at 165 by Christmas - is this possible and what is best way if anyone has tips or pointers.
Thanks
Rob |

You are eating way too little man. You need to be eating about 600 more calories a day than you are now.
For training search the waterbury method by chad waterbury.
For diet go to the diet section and read "read before posting...save time."
I learned not to make weight goals but looks goals and muscular size goals. |
