well just eat as much as you can but make them clean foods (fruit, veg, solid protein etc) with the old moderate to bad food after training and for breakfast (rice, bread, pasta, cereal)...
how much wt do you have to use? how hard is it for you? do you have a gym you can go to at school or otherwise? |
