Well, looks like another strength program like another ... I believe there's more efficient programs than this one, but ti seems to kick ass too.
But, I'm not a good person to talk about programs since I like more to make my own, create to suit my goals and based on what I read ... Sometimes really similar to already existing program but we can't recreate weight training ... |

Maybe, but the line between strength and mass is really thin, I believe with that kind of volume, if match with a manly diet you will gain mass. |

again depends what you're training for...what if you want speed strength, limit strength etc?
i think 10 x 3 is better than 5 x 5...heavier wt, more volume, better nervous system response...way better in fact |

| yes but personally i don't use 5x5 for my "main workout lift" i may use it for another heavy exercises instead of 4x6, that's just a rep/set like another, maybe a bit more strength based. |

| they're basically the same...25 reps vs 24 reps with maybe a 5 - 8%difference in wt used |
