over 8/6 meals it's easy, You can boost'em breakfast with Carbs (Oatmeals, Cereals etc.) and post-workout too you can add carbs ... For the rest of the day, most of your cals will come from healthy fats and proteins, increase the portion... and by the way :
Sex ?
Age ?
Post you diet it can help us.
And don't increase the cals too fast. Do it over 2 weeks. |

im a 15 year old male.
right now i dont have a diet set in stone, i just try to eat healthy and i cut out junk completely.
this is the "norm" i guess
meal 1:oatmeal or cereal
meal 2:usually some sort of sandwich(chicken, turkey,pb,tuna)
meal 3:varies alot depends on whats being cooked.
meal 4:again, usually some sort of sandwich.
i usually workout between meal 3 and 4.if that helps |

You need more meal,
Let's say this :
Wake Up : Oatmeal, One Whole egg and a fruit (let 30mins before eating the fruit)
3 hours after you are at school, bring solid proteins and fruits already cooked and if you can't heat it well just eat it raw and cold.
Around noon, again solid proteins and veggies
3 hours after still at school, solid proteins and veggies
Back home, Some milk
Workout
Milk again or Whey
Dinner with your familly, proteins and veggies (most familly do this lol) and here you can take rice or bread
Before bed, sold proteins and veggies
That's easy with something like that to reach 3k cals ... |
