Hi Friends,
I got few basic questions about the abs.
1) Is daily running on treadmill is good for say about 10 mins with varying speeds? or it should be also be alternative days?
2) I don't have a fat tummy but a flabby one mostly concentrating lower abs . How to get rid of this?
3) I do abs exercise alternative days. Now upper, mid and lower sections should be done in one shot or it should also be alternative like one day upper, then next turn mid and so on??

1 - i'd go every day off from wt training except for one where you do absolutely no exercise at all
2 - go to diet section and read "read before posting..." that's what
3 - the abs is 1 muscle seperated by ligments and tendons and shoud be trained as so...stabilisation exercises are best for core such as plank, side planks etc and heavy compound exercises |
